P Chicago Permit Leads

Chicago files the permits.
You get the jobs.

Every building permit the City of Chicago issues is a project that is about to hire contractors. We scan the city's permit feed every day, match each project to your trade and your ZIP codes, and put the leads in your inbox at 7 AM — owner name and project address included.

$1 today validates your card and opens 30 days of full access. Then $99/month, cancel anytime.

The 20 most recent permits

ISSUED OCT 23, 2026 · CITY OF CHICAGO

This is the public preview: addresses, scope and project values are real, pulled from the city's permit records. The first three permits are free samples, shown in full — contacts included — and refreshed every day. The rest keep their contacts hidden here; subscribers see every contact in full, plus the complete searchable board and filters by trade, value and zone.

Subscribers see everything. Full owner and contractor names, the complete board with trade / value / zone filters, and related opportunities — projects that will need your trade even when the permit says something else.

What lands in your inbox at 7 AM

One email per morning with only the permits that match your trade and zones. The sample below shows the format. Subscriber emails show the full contact name and role for every lead. Chicago publishes names and addresses in its permit records — not phone numbers or emails — so you work each lead by visiting the site, mailing the owner, or looking the company up.

STEP 3

Straight answers

Do the leads include phone numbers?
No — because the city doesn't publish them. Each lead carries the name of the person or company behind the project and their role (owner, applicant, general contractor), plus the exact project address. Contractors work these leads by visiting the site, sending a letter, or looking the company up. That's how every permit-lead service works, and we'd rather tell you up front.
What exactly do I pay, and when?
$1 today. That opens 30 days of full access — the complete board and the daily email. On day 31 the plan continues at $99/month, charged automatically to the same card. Cancel anytime before day 31 and you never pay the $99.
What is a "related opportunity"?
A project whose permit names a different trade but whose scope means it will very likely need yours — a re-roof that will need gutters, a new building that needs every major trade. Each one shows the reason it was tagged. They are rule-based opportunities, not confirmed jobs, and they're labeled that way everywhere they appear.
Is this only Chicago?
Yes — city of Chicago permits only, not the suburbs. Chicago's feed is same-day and complete; suburban data lags by weeks or months, and stale leads don't close jobs.
Do new permits arrive every day?
New permits arrive on weekdays. On weekends there are almost none, and on City holidays there are fewer than usual, so some days your digest may be shorter — or, if nothing new matches your trades, you may not receive one that day.
